Please follow this steps to open a RMA case:

1.Complete the form RMA-SNOM and send it by email to:  rma@snom.com

2. Snom will verify your request and send you the RMA number by email.

3. Enclose your original RMA form with the merchandize to be returned.  **Snom does not accept merchandize returns without a valid RMA number!

4. Write the RMA number legibly on the outside of the package and send it to:

Interop Partner

snoms interoperability program wants to give you as a customer the possibility to find out which components work with each other. The solutions vary from simple PBX systems up to carrier grade IP-Centrex solutions. To assure the interoperability between snom phones and the solution, it has to undergo several interoperability tests in our labs.

Basic Level: The basic interop level concentrates on basic call functionality. It is important that the interop system handles SIP according to the standard.

The functionality

  • Call failure handling
  • Hold - Unhold a call
  • DTMF functionality
